Todd,
You are going to have to submit for a landscape plan modification application for review and
approval. Attached is the checklist and application that you need to process with us. Once you have
the checklist items complied, you can email them to me in a zip file with each individual checklist
item in PDF format. Once I have verified all checklist items were submitted, you will receive an email
to pay the required fee of $160.00.

Bill,
Along with a 2’ x 2’ trench on McMillon Road, and no sod and sprinklers along the ditch on the south
side, were conditions we had to comply with from Settlers Irrigation Mac Meyers….for him to sign
off on plat. Mac did not want sod and sprinklers on the south side of the ditch because of the water
run off and the blocking of access to his mowers along the ditch. Please advise. We put compacted
road mix there for his access. We also have added to the maintenance of the sub to have that
sprayed and maintained by HOA for weed control.
On all the fencing mentioned below, in all of our subdivisions, we don’t put those fences in until the
home is built due to the location of where the home ends up adjacent to the front plain of the home
situated on the lot; if that makes sense. But, they are always put in.
Park benches will be here this weekend and installed Monday, they were back ordered.

Todd,
This morning I completed the landscape inspection Whitecliffe No. 1. During the inspection, I noted
the following discrepancies:
1. There is no landscaping in front of the sidewalk along McMillan Road per the approved
landscape plan. Per City code you must have at least 4 feet of lawn in this area;
2. Lot 1, Block 4 – the required 6-foot vinyl fence was not installed to distinguish the common lot
from the buildable lot;
3. Lot 1, Block 3 – The six foot solid fencing along the micropaths and the interior boundaries
adjacent to buildable lots (Lot 2, 7 8 13, 14 and 17, Block 3) was not installed per the
approved plans.
4. Missing park bench near the playground equipment on Lot 1, Block 3.
Once this items are completed, Planning can sign-off on this project.
