HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC - Affidavit of Publication 6-16 NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the following application: Bouma USA for Annexation of 5.15 acres of land from RUT in Ada County to the R-15 zoning district to develop the property with additional parking and recreational fields for an existing Education Institution, and a Modification to the Existing Development Agreement (Inst. # 2018-079763) to incorporate the subject property and revise the concept plan based on the proposed expansion of the Education Institution for COMPASS Charter School East Expansion (H-2020-0042), located at 4540 W. Franklin Rd. Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attending the public hearing at the above-noted time and date. Oral testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Public Hearing via mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Suite 104, Meridian, ID, 83642; by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org; by voicemail at 208-288-5607; or by texting “Comment” to 31996. All testimony and materials received or presented become property of the City of Meridian as public records and are subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Law. Application materials are subject to change throughout the public hearing process, and it is incumbent on interested persons to monitor changes by following the process in person, online, or by contacting City staff.
