AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY..OF MERIDIAN REPEALING SECTIONS-iI9

WHEREAS, the Mayor and. the City Council of'the'City.of
Meridian, State of Idaho, have concluded that it :isl.'in. the'.

connection charges and to amend the water monthly rates'and,

,SECTION '1:. That Section.5-119.(B).is'hereby repealed. .'.
SECTION 2: That Section'5-119:(B)'of,the. Revised and.
Compiled Ordinances of the City of Meridian is'hereby re-enacted
to read as follows:
"5-119(B): There shall be four (4) classes of City Water
service lines as outlined in Table I. to obtain municipal
water service,.the owner or his agent shall make application
¥.on ..a. special..form furnished by the City. the permit
application shall be supplemented by any plans,
specifications, or other information considered pertinent in
the judgement of the City. A permit and inspection fee of
twenty dollars ($20.00) shall be paid to the City at the time
the application is filed. Also the owner or his agent shall
pay to the City, at the time the application is filed, a
hookup fee, as tabulated in Table I. The amount of the hookup
fee will vary depending on the .equivalent connection rating
for the user in question..'.-

greater. Should an owner request a City Water service line
to be disconnected, for any reason, there shall be paid to

There will be a charge set by the Water Superintendent with

required the State of Idaho to test drinking water and them.:
