Notice is H2020- 42. We are the property owners directly next to the property, East Side. We would like to attend the public hearing, but may have a schedule conflict. We may be able to do the virtual meeting. We would like to ask a question and not sure if this is the appropriate meeting to do that. Here is our question... The Concept plan for the Compass Property shows a future building/parking and road at the South end of the property, approx. 1/2 acre or so off of Franklin, running East/West. This road appears to be Future, and appears to run directly into our property. Can you tell us how they are able to put a road in that appears to be open ended on the East side of the Compass property. Is the intention to eventually extend that road thru our property and will it be a private road or a public road? If so, we would assume that it would have to wait until we sold our property to Compass, or another buyer that would property, would have to purchase our property in order to complete the road extension.
