Re: Bicentennial Farms Subdivision No. 1
Certificate of Landscape Completion
I have reviewed the installation and completion of the landscape for Bicentennial Farms Subdivision
No.1 per the Final Plat Landscape Plans dated 5/28/19. The following are my findings for the
Certificate of Completion for the City of Meridian.
Overall the landscape appears to be well done and completed per plans. Due to the winter
inspection, all trees/plants are in a dormmate state so viability will not be known until they leaf out
in the spring.
Trees and lawn in front of home lots are to be installed during home construction per Landscape
Note #7 on Sheet L4 the Final Plat Landscape Plans.
The entry landscape was altered slightly for the placement of the Subdivision Monument Sign.
A portion of the landscape buffer on the east end of Lake Hazel Road has been altered for the
temporary access into Phase 2.
Landscape buffer on the north portion Lot 1, Block 2 has been altered for the temporary Sales
Office on the adjacent lot.
Additional plants and trees have been added around pond in Lot 2, Block 1.
Due to time of year, fescue grass seeding around the irrigation pond and bottom of drainage swales
will be completed in the spring.
Groundcover has been changes to a rock mulch with landscape weed barrier fabric underlay.
All perimeter and common lot fencing have been installed per plans except for the portion adjacent
to Lot 3, Block 1 left open for the Sales Office parking area.
The irrigation system was not inspected but the planting and lawn areas appear have received an
adequate amount of water during the irrigation season.
Respectfully submitted,
