Subject:Delano Subdivision H-2019-0027 application
To the Honorable Robert Simison, Mayor, and
To the Members of the Meridian City Council:
In reference to the Delano Subdivision AZ, CPAM, PP H-2019-0027 and the updated plat submitted recently by
Boll Cook LLC.
(We are adding our testimony to all submitted letters from our HOA and from Malissa Bernard.)
Our home is located on the corner of Dashwood Place and Wainwright at 4078 N. Dashwood Pl.
Meridian, Idaho.
We purchased our home nearly eight years ago, and the entire time that we have lived on Dashwood Place, we
have never seen a sign indicating that the road would be opened up to through traffic in the future. (That is why
we selected this home to purchase in the first place.)
Wainwright, which is the road that runs along side of our home, is a fairly busy road with traffic going in-and-
out of the development all day long. If Dashwood Place is opened up, then we will have cars going back-and-
forth in front of our house all day and night from every business and apartment located on the corner of Eagle
and Ustick as well. The amount of traffic running all around us will destroy the neighborhood of Alpine Pointe,
ruin our home, and cause huge safety issue for the residents who live here.
We are asking that you please keep Dashwood Place closed to through traffic.
Thank you,
