Attached is the link to the letter that was submitted to the Delano Packet by the Clerk on May 10th, the list of
th
residents who signed post May 8, the signature sheets in their entirety in spreadsheet format, as well as a
copy of the Google Form used for collecting electronic signatures. There is one additional sheet with
signatures submitted, see below. One error of a double-entry is noted below.
SIGNATURE TOTAL: 176 Residents supporting the letter collected before closing.
Please add this to the Public Record for Delano packet. We have closed the electronic signatures format as of
6:30 this AM and Google Forms for a letter to the Mayor and to the City Council, all in attachments within this
email.

I have always understood that Centerpoint Way will be linked to our
neighborhood and that Rogue River would connect to Champion Park area.
BUT Dashwood has NEVER had a sign saying that it would someday connect
to another area, IT IS A CUL-DE-SAC (see map below). We already have
Wainwright Drive/Eagle Road, Wagon Street into Settlers Bridge, Milford
Drive into Madison Park Community and Camas Creek Way/McMillan Road,
ALL this is currently bringing traffic coming into our quiet neighborhood. We
are small and more roads in are just crazy and unfair to those who live here,
especially those who own homes on Dashwood Place. In reference to the
Delano Subdivision AZ, CPAM, PP H-2019-0027 and the updated plat
submitted recently by Boll Cook LLC. As neighbors of this development we
are supportive of the reduction in overall density in the new plat plan,
emergency access ONLY at N Dashwood PI (IF NECESSARY), and single stories
adjacent to Alpine Pointe ACTMs R-4 zoning. We are not supportive of several
elements of the plan, however. The density adjacent to Alpine Pointe is
believed to be still too dense by many neighbors. The smallest lots adjacent
to Alpine Pointe are 5400 SF. The average lot size of Wainwright,
Brooksburg, and Dashwood cul-de-sacs is 13785 SF, gathered from data on
the Ada County Assessors€'s Land Records search. In meetings with T.
Hethe Clark, Alpine Pointe HOA, Committee members, and neighbors
expressed that that N Dashwood PI should be emergency

increase the traffic dramatically and decrease the value and desirability of
the neighborhood. As an Olive Branch to the developer I wouldna€TMt be
opposed if the section with houses were connected and added on to Alpine
Pointe if the lots were made about the same size and they were adopted
into the HOA and paid dues. You wouldna€TMt be able to do nearly as many
homes, but your lots and homes would sell for a lot more and help reduce
