Today I found this information online regarding the approval by “City Council” of this development. Last night
it was approved by P&Z, by a thin margin I might add, a do not find it appropriate that this Real Estate Agent,
working for Toll Brothers, should be advertising it’s approval. This development is far from settled as far as the
bordering residents are concerned.
