The residents of Alpine Pointe should not be the object, or a trading piece, used by some developer to complete some
their project. If the current landowner(s) can’t make the project whole on their own, it’s shouldn’t be the homeowners
of Alpine Pointe who have to sacrifice for them to enrich themselves. Either it stands on its own merits or it
doesn’t. Seeings how it doesn’t, it should be declined and they can come up with something that fits the site that isn’t
dependent on our family neighborhood.
