Thank you for your email. As you state this is concerning an active application and the City Council is not able to
comment outside the public hearing. I am copying our City Attorney for any potential response and our City Clerk so this

Subject: Delano Applicant - May 12 City Council Meeting
Dear Mayor Simison and City Council Members,
I respectfully request that full disclosure of the Delano application be made immediately. The City of Meridian
and its leaders often speak of transparency in all dealings with the City. This applicant has refused to provide
full disclosure…..why? What are they hiding and why?
The Delano application, now ready for discussion at the May 12 City Council meeting has not disclosed a great
deal of information that is generally required at this time.

Please require the applicant to disclose immediately the following information:
Who is the developer?
Who is the builder?
What are that actual elevations of the homes?
