Additionally, the cross access easement originally established in §6.1 (and its subsections) of the Original Declaration is hereby acknowledged to have previously been terminated by the First Amendment, and remains terminated, such that the Property is no longer subject to either of the foregoing cross access easements. 3. PYLON SIGN. The provisions regarding a pylon sign as set Forth in the Originat Declaration at §6.2 and its subsections, as well as the reference thereto in §8 and its subsections, are hereby deleted in their entirety. The erection and maintenance of any pylon or other signs upon any Parcel within the Property shall be at the discretion of that Parcel's Owner, and at that Owner's cost, subject to the requirements of jurisdictional agencies. 4. SIGNS.
