Broadway Ave., Suite 102 Meridian, ID 83642 Project: Carl's Jr. at Chinden +Linder Crossing (CUP-15-007) Our file: OA+D #170301 Re: CUP Extension Request Dear Planning Staff: On June 4, 2015 Carl's Jr. at Chinden and Linder Crossing was granted a Conditional Use Permit (CUP- 15-007) by the Planning and Zoning Commission. The CUP approval for this project is set to expire on June 4, 2017. Construction documents for this building were put on hold while the Chinden and Linder Crossing subdivision improvements, including the private drive and associated access from Chinden Blvd. were completed by the developer. This delayed design and construction documents for the Carl's Jr. project. We would like to request a 2-year extension for the approved Conditional Use Permit.
