Fig Village at Centre Point, LLC, ( "Grantor") does hereby release and forever quitclaim unto Fig
Village at Centre Pointe, LLC ("Grantee"), whose address is 4685 Highland Dr., Ste. 202, Salt Lake
City, Utah 84117, all right, title and interest which Grantor now has or may hereafter acquire in the
following described real property situated in Ada County,
Idaho (hereinafter the "Property"):
See Exhibit A attached hereto.
Together with any and all water rights and any and all
appurtenances, tenements, hereditaments, reversions, remainders,
easements, and rights -of -way appertaining to the Property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the Property, together with the appurtenances and water rights, unto
Grantee, and to Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.

BOUNDARY DESCRIPTION
A parcel of land being a portion of Block 1 of Centrepointe Subdivision No.2 as recorded in the
official records of Ada County in Plat Book 110 at Pages 15889 through 15892 and situated in N 1/2
of the SE1/4 of Section 32, Township 4 North, Range I East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a brass cap monument marking the southeast corner of said Section 32, thence
along the east line of said Section 32 N.00°30' 13" E. a distance of 1377.65 feet to a point, from
which a brass cap monument marking the northeast corner of the SE1/4 of said Section 32 (E1/4
corner) bears N.00°30'13"E. a distance of 1276.43 feet, thence leaving said east line N.89°29'47"W. a
distance of 25.00 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar marking the southeast corner of said Centrepointe
