Fig Village at Centre Point, LLC, ( "Grantor") does hereby release and forever quitclaim unto Fig
Village at Centre Pointe, LLC ('Grantee"), whose address is 4685 Highland Dr., Ste. 202, Salt Lake
City, Utah 84117, all right, title and interest which Grantor now has or may hereafter acquire in the
following described real property situated in Ada County,
Idaho (hereinafter the "Property"):
See Exhibit attached hereto.
Together with any and all water rights and any and all
appurtenances, tenements, hereditaments, reversions, remainders,
easements, and rights -of -way appertaining to the Property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the Property, together with the appurtenances and water rights, unto
Grantee, and to Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.

N1/2 of the SE1/4 of Section 32, Township 4 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, City of

COMMENCING at a brass cap monument marking the southeast corner of said Section 32,
