Keith Bird Joe Borton Luke Cavener Genesis Milam Ty Palmer Anne Little Roberts A Property Boundary Adjustment for the above -referenced property was tentatively approved by the Director on November 21, 2017. This approval was granted contingent upon the completion of certain tasks as required by UDC 11-6134Q within one year of the date of tentative approval. The Applicant has now completed the required tasks within the time period allowed. Therefore, the Director deems the property boundary adjustment is in conformance with UDC 11-6B-8 and hereby grants final approval of the property boundary adjustment per the attached Record of Survey. The Applicant, Director, or a Party of Record may request City Council review of a decision of the Director. All requests for review shall be filed in writing with the Planning Division of the Community Development Department on or before January 5, 2018, within fifteen (15) days after this written decision is issued, and contain the information listed in UDC 11-5A-613. If City Council review of the decision is not requested, the action of the Director represents a final decision on a land use application.
