GARDNER HOMES
Gardner homes Idaho, llc is requesting a lot line adjustment for Lot 12 block 13 and
lot 14 block 13. We are in the process of purchasing the sliver of land from Alturas
Homes for the driveway to have the width to make the approach into the third bay
garage more easily accessible. The home was tilted in a way and was not caught
until the home was almost finished causing a tight access point to the third bay. We
have all parties agreeing and accepting of purposed adjustment and can close on
said sliver of land once we get approval of adjustment.
