The applicant will graphically depict the landscape buffers; however, there is a City of Meridian water easement on the west side of Lot 3, Block 1, so landscaping will be restricted. We respectfully request that these landscape buffers be allowed to be constructed as part of the building permits for the individual lots, with completion prior to obtaining a certificate of occupancy, and that we be allowed to work with staff to provide acceptable landscaping as part of the future conditional use permits for these lots. 14.
