There will be a letter with Alpine Pointe residents’ signatures that will be filed with your office soon, before the City

Council meeting on May 12, 2020. I have asked for signatures to be ready for submission on Friday, May 9, with a
th
deadline for final or last-minute signatures by May 11 in the AM. There might be a few after that May 11 point.
If you receive phone calls and/or emails about adding names to support the action letter, it is in reference to a letter
distributed this past weekend. We are collecting signatures safely in COVID-19 conditions via electronic signature mode,
email, phone, faxed form, etc., with some direction to contact the City Clerk’s office directly (there are some neighbors
wary of email, petitions online, etc.)

you prior notice…thanks!!
