My wife, Sally, and I purchased one of the first homes constructed in Heritage Commons and have been extremely pleased with the planning, design, care for the safety and well being of the homeowners that has been demostrated by Brighton, This requested private road and utilities easement vacating will support the planned second entrance/exit to our sub-division from Locust Grove Road. A second entrance serves many benefits to the homeowners to include: easier and direct access to the homes on the western half of the sub-division, additional fire and rescue access to the entire sub-division, less intersection traffic at the neighboring charter school and less traffic driving around the subdivision park, clubhouse/pool and playground, all frequented by our neighborhood children. Your approval of the application from Brighton Investments, LLC will benefit all concerned. Thank you for your consideration and support. Dr. Rand S. Spiwak 1458 E.
