Request for a One~Year Time Extension to Record the Final Plat for Bridgetower
Crossing Subdivision No. 9, by Engineering Solutions, LLP (bile No. TE-OS-
oos>.
We have reviewed the above referenced submittals and offer the following comments as
conditions of approval. These conditions shall be considered in full, unless expressly
modified or deleted by motion of the Meridian City Council:
APPLICATION SUMMARY & BACKGROUND
The applicant, Engineering Solutions, LLP, has requested approval of a one-year time extension
to file the final plat for Bridgetower Crossing Subdivision No. 9 (FP-04-047) with tl~,e Ada
County Recorder. The approved final plat consisted of 42 building lots and 10 common area lots
on 17 acres in an R-4 zone.
Tl~e final Plat was approved by City Council on August 3, 2004. The applicant has submitted
their request for a tiixie extension within one year of the original approval, as required by MCC
12-3-8.
Tl1e applicant states that the final plat was submitted to the Ada County Engineer on August 2,
2005 and is in the process of being reviewed and recorded. For this reason, they are unable to
meet the time requirements as specified in MCC 12-3-8.
LOCATION
Tl1e property is located on the south side of W. McMillan Road, ixiidway between N. Ten Mile
Road and N. Linder Road, in the north'/z of Section 35, T.4N., R.1 VW.
RECOMMENDATION
Planning and Zoning staff recommends approval of the requested one year time extension to file
the final plat with the Ada County Recorder for Bridgetower Crossing Subdivision No. 9.
