I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
One year time extension to obtain the City Engineer’s signature on the final plat.
II. APPLICANT INFORMATION

III. STAFF ANALYSIS
The preliminary plat (H-2018-0004) for this project was approved by City Council on April 24, 2018.
The plat consists of one (1) residential building lot, thirteen (13) commercial building lots and one (1)
other lot on 36.2 acres of land in the R-40 and C-G zoning districts.
The Applicant requests approval of a one (1) year time extension in order to obtain the City Engineer’s
signature on the final plat. The Applicant is currently routing the mylar for sign ature and should have
it signed in the near future.
With all extensions, the Director may require the preliminary plat to comply with the current provisions
of this title. Staff is not recommending any additional conditions of approval for this extension.

Staff recommends approval of the proposed one (1) year time extension on the preliminary plat to
expire on April 24, 2021.

Site Specific Conditions:
1. Applicant shall comply with all terms of the annexation and associated development
agreement provisions and the preliminary plat (H-2018-0004) approved for this property.
2. The applicant shall obtain the City Engineer’s signature on the final plat by April 24, 2021 in
accord with UDC 11-6B-7 in order for the preliminary plat to remain valid; or another time
extension may be requested.
