As a representative of Expedition Properties, LLC we are pleased to submit the attached Cartificata of
Zoning Complianc¢ Application and supporting materials for the Expedition properties' new office building
iocatad at LOT 8, Block 4, Silverstone Campus Su bdivislon, (n Meridian Idaho.
The prosad building will be a �-story, 5,43t foot. The architectural aesthetics will incorporate stucco,
metal panels, cast -in -place concrete and wood look masonry veneer. The mechanical syst¢ms will be
roof mounted to ba screen by the buildings parapet.
Hom¢watch CareGivars of Meridian, Idaho will be the main tenant of this new building. The main tenant
and a future tenant would Ilke to provide their staff with a modern, quality designed and constructed office
buiitl ing. Tha new building, at full build out, will provide for a staff of approximate 'IB people. TM1e new
Expedition Properties building will be a wonderful addition to the City of Meridian by providing new jobs
and incr¢asing the economic base of the immediate region.
Access [o the sit¢ will be from one curb cuts along East Copper Point Oriva and one curb cut along the
commercial access street on the West side of the property. The building entry will be located on the East
side of the building and face towards the main access areas and parking. Access to this building will ba
provided on the East, North and Wast. A semi covered patio is designed to enhance the employee
wellness area on the West.
