NARRATIVE: This subdivision plat of San Gorgonio Subdivision was made at the request of Steve Arnold of Ateam Land Consultants and Saul and Esther Huerta, land owners and the purpose of the this subdivision is to create 5 lots, which are shown hereon. Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 are residential lots and the Lot 5 is a common lot and its use is for shared common access and a private drive. The configuration of the lots were formed by the agreement of the land owner. The notes for this plat explain in more detail of what is involved within this subdivision.
