Meridian, Idaho 83642 Dear Mr. Rattan, (208) 334-7976 Fax: (208)334-7977 I am writing to you in regards to a project that our department was involved in for Pine School. We chose the Pine School as our Neighborhood Day project. I believe Trish Dunkle was the coordinator that worked with you to set this up. There were some expenses that were associated with the work that we did, and my understanding was that you had agreed to pay them. The expenses were for paint, linseed oil and some other cleaning supplies. I believe that you have the receipt from HomeBase, and I have one more from Columbia Paint for $60.85. I apologize for the lateness of contacting you. I have enclosed the copy of the bill from Columbia Paint. We all enjoyed working at the Pine School, and would like to try and help again next year. I will contact you as soon as possible to see if there are any questions or if there is any more information that I can help you with. Please feel free to give me a call at 344-7117 if you wish.
