NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian
and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway
Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2020 for the
purpose of reviewing and considering the following applications:
Fairbourne Development, LLC for Annexation and Zoning of 10.5 acres of
land with an R-8 zoning district and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 42 building lots and
9 common lots for McKay Farm Subdivision (H-2020-0030), located near the half mile
mark on the West side of S. Eagle Road between E. Amity Road and E. Lake Hazel
Road.
Idaho Central Credit Union for a Conditional Use Permit for a drive-through
establishment within 300 feet of another drive-through facility on 2.03 acres of land in
the C-G zoning district for Idaho Central Credit Union (H-2020-0010), located at 3152
W. Peak Cloud Ln.
Rob and Carmen Bienapfl for a Conditional Use Permit for a drinking
establishment on 0.96 of an acre of land in the C-N zoning district for Good Apple
Taphouse (H-2020-0036), located at 1728 E. McMillan Rd.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attending the public hearing
at the above-noted time and date. Oral testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per
person. Written testimony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Public Hearing
via mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Suite 104, Meridian,
ID, 83642; by email to cityclerk(a1meridiancity.org; by voicemail at 208-288-5607; or by
texting "Comment" to 31996. All testimony and materials received or presented become
property of the City of Meridian as public records and are subject to the provisions of the
Idaho Public Records Law. Application materials are subject to change throughout the
public hearing process, and it is incumbent on interested persons to monitor changes by
following the process in person, online, or by contacting City staff.
Visit meridiancity.org/covid-19 prior to visiting City Hall to verify public will be
permitted in person.
