Broadway Avenue, Ste. 102 Meridian, Idaho 83642 RE: Development Review Application Property Boundary Adjustment 1831 East Overland Road, Bld'g E Meridian, Idaho Narrative per checklist requirements: This building 1831 East Overland Road (bld'g E), Meridian, Idaho was constructed in 2014. It is a part the Campania Office Complex that consists of (7) total buildings at final build out. Currently (3) buildings have been completed and occupied. This building #4 "E" was completed and finished inside, but has never been occupied. To submit the required applications for a day care center within building E, we met with City officials to understand procedure. During that meeting it was suggested the building could have been built over the property line. After field measurements and then survey, the building was in fact 12 feet over the property line. Adjustments are being made to solve this previously unknown error. To accomplish an existing building within a correct lot, we submit for a property boundary adjustment. The (2) adjacent lot widths are also adjusted to fit the previously authored structures. However, building C was shortened by 5 feet to fit within the setback requirements. There is a 5' setback between all structures and property lines.
