After receiving preliminary comments from your office (Fire Department) with a request to redraw the area
around the proposed private streets to provide north-south Fire Access to the Parkways. We have meet with the
Fire Department and have agreed to widen the private streets to 24 feet wide with this condition the Fire
Department has agreed to eliminate the requirement to redraw the preliminary plat if a condition was added that
the proposed private streets are 24 foot wide.
I hope this information will be sufficient for us to proceed forward with the Planning Zoning Hearing, please
