Please submit the following:
Applicant Items needed to obtain City Signatures on a Final Plat Staff

The signatures of the Ada County Highway District and the Central District
Health Department are required prior to submitting to the City of Meridian for
signatures.
Submit a copy of the staff report from the approved Order of Conditional
Approval of Final Plat, along with written statements demonstrating your
com liance with all Site Specific and General Conditions of Approval
Submit a Mylar of the signature sheet and one (1) full size to-scale copy and
electronic copy of the Final Plat In accord with the revisions noted in the site
specific conditions of approval section in the staff report. The final plat must be
dimensioned to 18"x 27"per Idaho Code(folded to 8 %"x 11"size)
Submit one (1) full size to-scale copy and an electronic copy of the revised
landscape plan(if applicable).
Submit a surety application for all of the required improvement items that may be
incom lete at time of plat signature, examples include,but not limited to:
• Sewer and Water
• Street lights
• Pressurized irrigation system
• Landscaping
• Amenities
• Pathways
• Fencing
Submit record drawings to the Public Works Departments for review(898-5500)
and approval. If this step is not completed you will be required to submit
performance surety
Submit bids for the final construction costs of the infrastructure improvements.
These will be used to determine the warranty surety
Submit a Surety application through Community Development( 884-5533 )
for review and approval of warranty surety
Submit a pressurized irrigation and gravity irrigation certifications from the
engineer of record
Submit a copy of the storm drainage certification from the engineer of record if
applicable
