Boise Project has no objection to these final plats with the following being noted:
There are no Boise Project facilities located on the above-mentioned property, however it does in
fact possess a valid water right.
Local irrigation/drainage ditches that cross this property, in order to serve neighboring
properties, must remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate easement.
Boise Project is also under the understanding that the Home Owners Association will own
and operate any pump station that is associated with this project.
The developer must contact the Boise-Kuna Irrigation district as soon as possible as to who
is going to own and operate the pressurized irrigation system.
This development is subject to Idaho Code 31-3805, in accordance, this office is requesting a
copy of the irrigation and drainage plans.
