To the Members of the Meridian City Council, and
To the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission:
Unfortunately, we are unable to attend the Planning & Zoning meeting taking place on March 19, 2020, due to
COVID-19 concerns. We have been at all city council meetings addressing the Delano Subdivision prior to this
meeting, and we had planned to attend this meeting. But in following federal and state recommended
guidelines, we are no longer attending gatherings of more than ten people.
We are against the Planning & Zoning staff recommendation that N. Dashwood Place is to be connected and
open to all traffic in Phase 1. We are supporting a permanent emergency only access at Dashwood.
