There are no Boise Project facilities located on the above-mentioned properties, however they do
in fact possess a valid water right.
Whereas this is an extension to an existing subdivision the developer must contact Nampa -
Meridian Irrigation District as to how water will be delivered to this property and to the easements
on the Ridenbaugh canal.
Local iirigation/drainage ditches that cross this property, in order to serve neighboring properties,
must remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate easement.
