RE: Delano Subdivision AZ, CPAM, PP H-2019-0027
We are the largest homeowners with approximately 210’ that will be bordering this proposed development. The plan
for Dashwood Lane to be an emergency path for ONLY 10 years or less is completely objectionable to us. This
emergency pathway should absolutely be permanent. The people of Alpine Pointe deserve to have a concrete solution
to Dashwood Lane and not be up in the air about what’s going to happen in the future. These are our homes and our
neighborhood we are talking about!
As the plan stands now we will have a sight line of approximately 6 roofs from our lot to look at, possibly more. We
have suggested that there be a landscape buffer between Alpine Pointe and the Delano project - which would be
aesthetically advantageous to both developments. Below is a picture about ideas that neighbors have discussed about
Delano, after consideration of all plans. No response.

We are asking the Planning & Zoning Commission to:
1) Make Dashwood Lane a PERMANENT emergency/pedestrian walkway;
2) Install a landscape buffer between Alpine Point and the Delano project.
