Plat note 17 on the Southridge Subdivision Phase 1 plat does not allow direct lot or parcel access to W. Overland Rd., S. Linder Rd., and S. Spanish Fork Way. West Ada School District needing is direct access off S Spanish Fork Way to accommodate an ingress-egress for school busses and parent pickup/drop-off lanes. We are requesting that the new plat note read as follows: DIRECT LOT OR PARCEL ACCESS TO W. OVERLAND RD., S. LINDER RD.,AND S SPANISH FORK WAY IS PROHIBITED EXCEPT FOR LOT 2 BLOCK 2. The partial vacation of plat note#17 will not affect any of the surrounding properties or persons in the area, it will only have a direct effect on the West Ada School District.
