T o Whom It May Concern: This letter is written to show support for the Conditional Use Permit for the 100-foot height exception related to the Meridian Station project on the UPRR property. I strongly support this project as it will be beneficial for many reason. 1. Downtown Meridian is the center of the entire Treasure Valley and this project will bring jobs from all the surrounding cities. 2. The additional height will allow for public parking to help with the other businesses that are being added into the area. 3. The public parking will be beneficial for the many events that are hosted in Downtown Meridian such as but not limited to Meridian Main Street Market, Dairy Days Parade and the Christmas Parade. 4. More attention to Meridian Idaho will be shown locally and nationally which will be helpful for the citizens, businesses and the government. I will be available to answer any further questions anytime you'd like to discuss. I will be in attendance on Thursday March 5th 2020 for the Planning & Zoning Commission hearing for the height exception.
