Here is the gist of the new stuff that just came to me this past hour! Things are moving fast!!
From Hethe: “Just an update. It looks like ACHD is willing to approve the Dashwood emergency only connection. I
expect to see an updated report from them in the next few weeks (they’re backed up). Let me know if the property
owners adjacent to Dashwood on the Alpine Pointe side make application for a vacation.
I’m working on a hearing date with Meridian. They are also backed up and I’m trying to get a hearing date that is as
soon as possible. I’ll let you know as soon as I have it. “
I asked Frank to ask Hethe his contact at ACHD, so we can check the facts and ACHD’s position on the emergency only
connection. An updated ACHD report is key.

Looks as if March 19 will be the P and Z date.
