Hi Chris,
I believe this was the last communication regarding Alpine Points/Delano Sub prior to my taking the dais on
Feb 2, 2020. All other communications regarding Delano Sub or other communications regarding City of
Meridian were halted.
Please let me know if I need to do anything else.

Hi Patty,
Just deeper into the document.
Again, Parkstone/Champion Park was spared East/West Ingress/Egress, and therefor Alpine Pointe is one of the later
ones on the square mile forced to carry the brunt of this traffic. The burden of the Commercial collector and East/West
flow is ours.

The ACHD report begins around page 30. The Kohl’s commercial area was not developed yet, but Champion
Park/Parkstone was spared creating a stub to reduce cut through traffic, in City of Meridian protion of the application
