NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that
the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hear-
ing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue,
Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March
10,2020 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the fol-
lowing application:
Star Development, Inc. for a Modified Development
Agreement to update the development plan for the site con-
sistent with the proposed preliminary plat and conceptual
building elevations; and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 202
building lots, 15 common lots and 4 other lots on 52.46 acres
of land in the R-8 and R-40 zoning districts for Graycliff Es-
tates Subdivision (H-2019-0129), generally located south of
W. Harris St.and west of S. Meridian Rd.
A copy of the above application is available for review upon
request. Any interested persons wishing to testify are wel-
come to do so at the public hearing listed on this notification.
Oral testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person. Writ-
ten testimony is recommended and may be submitted prior to
the hearing date either by mail or in person to Meridian City
Clerk, 33 E. Broadway, Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, by
email to cityclerk@meridiancity.orng, by voicemail at 208-288-
5607, or by texting the word "Comment' to 31996. All testi-
mony and materials received or presented become property
of the City of Meridian and public records subject to the provi-
sions of the Idaho Public Records Act. Applications are sub-
ject to change throughout the public hearing process and it is
incumbent on interested persons to monitor such changes by
following the process in person, online, or by contacting City
staff.
