Most CoA's appear to be resolved - I looked quickly through the conditions and it does looks like survey did not catch all the plat notes. I should be able to do a detailed review this weekend. Derritt - would you confirm the plat notes. The conditions are attached. I met with Joe at the Fire Department are we are clear on the Lot 7 and 11. Joe was just concerned about the length of the shared driveway. I will cc you on my recap email to him. Attached are the illustrations we looked at and his sign-off for ACHD.
