This letter is to verify that Terry Brown as a representative of Lytle signs has installed the required 4' x 4'
public notice sign for the Conditional Use Permit application #H-2019-1040. The sign was installed at
the roadway of the entrance for the Quality Inns and Suites located at 1575 South Meridian Drive.
Included with this notice are photographs of the sign and the placement.
