To Whom It May Concern: The attached Certificate of Zoning Compliance documents are for the addition of a new 2,400 s.f. section of metal building to the existing composite decking plant located at 420 West Franklin Road, Meridian Idaho. The property owner is Meridian Investments LLC and the current tenant is Fiberon Decking. The new section of metal building will align with the northeast corner of the existing building and will match height and finishes of the existing building. The new building will be separated from the existing with a new 3hr cmu firewall and both existing and new building areas are/will be fire sprinkled. The addition is located away from Franklin Road and will be obscured visibly on all sides by other existing buildings within the campus. The existing parcel number is S1212438732 and is approximately 818,972 square feet or 18.801 acres. Site Access - The site is located in the parcel. Vehicular ingress and egress of the site will be via existing access road, which connects to West Franklin Road. Pedestrian Walks and site access is existing along West Franklin Road. Parking in the site is existing to remain and unmodified, no new spaces or reorganization of existing is planned. Landscaping and Screening – Both existing fencing and landscaping are existing to remain and are unmodified.
