Private road agreeimnt.
This Agreement this day made by and between the parties hereto as follows to-wit:
Whereas we Synthia Aldrich by Fred Adams, Harry.L.Yost, C.K.Van Auker, L.A. Lewison, H.A.
Mahla, being owners of the several tracts of land constituting and bordering on the
east line of the East half of the North West quarter of Section 5 Township 3; North of
Range 1 East Of Boise Meridian, and be desirous Of opening and maintaining a private road
along the said line of beginning at the public Highway forming the north line of said
section 5, and running south along the said East .line of the said 1/2 of the NW1/4 of said,
Sec. 5 being the half section line to the South East corner of the said NW1/4 of said
Section 5, the said road to be 15 feet in width. Now therefore we the undersigned, do
hereby agree to and with each other and bind ourselves and our Successors as owners of the
several tracts abutting on the said half section line, that we will open and maintain a
private road 15th feet in width, the half section line constituting the east line of the
said road, that the said road shall be for the use of all of the Owners of the said tracts
wIth equal rights to the use of the same, in Witness thereof we have hereunto set our
hands and affixed our seals this 12th day of June, 1913.,
