I reviewed the final plat staff report for Oaks North No. 4 and find the conditions of approval acceptable. I noticed on
page 1 you refer to the picnic shelter and BBQ grill. Toll had Kim change the amenity to a shelter and picnic table. See
attached revised landscape plan. Please make the minor revision to page 1.

You may substitute the amenity with another comparable amenity. However, we need to revise the landscape plan and
resubmit before the final plat and landscape plan are approved by the City Council. If the Council approves the current
landscape plan, we have to submit a final plat modification. Therefore, I recommend you determine the substitute
amenity and have Kim make the necessary changes.

Can we substitute the BBQ's in 4 and 5 with another amenity/feature? We would prefer the BBQ's not be in this location
but understand it may have been a requirement per the Pre-Plat/DA.
