Streets, curbs, gutters and sidewalks are to be constructed to standards as required by Ada
County Highway District and Meridian Ordinance. Dimensions will be determined by
the City Engineer. All sidewalks will be five (5) feet in width.
Proposed plat is in confonnance with the City of Meridian Zoning & Subdivision
Ordinance and Comprehensive Plan.

Dear Joe:
Attached is a Final Plat Application, Checklist, Engineering Design Drawings and all required
information per the City of Meridian application and checklist for Final Plat Approval. This
proposed subdivision contains approximately 4.98-acres, 9 building lots and 1 common lot. The
site is bordered on the North by Copper Point Drive, which will provide vehicular access to the
proposed office subdivision. The proposed use is commercial ( office) and is in compliance with
the existing property zoning designation of C-G.
Lot 12, Block 1, as shown on the plat will contain a shared ingress/egress, cross-access, parking,
storm water, irrigation and public utilities easement, in favor of all lots in the subdivision. The
parking lot access isles have been designed in accordance with the City of Meridian and the
International fire code requirements, for widths and radii to provide the required emergency
vehicle access to the proposed buildings.
We have made every effort to address all the requirements of the Meridian Subdivision
Ordinance, the Preliminary Plat requirements and conditions, and to engineering and surveying
standards for the design of this development and the content of the application. We will address
any comments, questions, or requests relating to this application promptly and thank you in
advance for the timely processing of this Final Plat Application.
