This petition must be filed with declaration of candidacy in the office of the County Clerk during the time prescribed
by law prior to the Primary Election by candidates for all political parties for all county offices. The statutory minimum
number of signatures must be verified by the county clerks prior to filing. The submitted petition must have affixed
thereto the names of at least five (5) but no more than ten (10) qualified electors which reside within the appropriate
