EN pursuant to the Ordi-
nances of the City of Meridian
and the Laws of the State of
Idaho that the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the
City of Meridian will hold a
public hearing at the Meridian
City Hall, 33 East Broadway
Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at
the hour of 6:00 p.m. on
Thursday, January 16, 2020
for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the applica-
tions of:
Schultz Development for
an Annexation of 5.25 acres
of land with an R-15 zoning
district; a Preliminary Plat
consisting of 9 building lots
and 5 common lots on 4.97
acres of land in the R-15 zon-
ing district; and a Condition-
al Use Permit for a multi-
family development consist-
ing of 72 dwelling units on
4.97 acres of land in an R-15
zoning district for Ascent
Subdivision (H-2019-0122),
located on the north side of
W. Franklin Rd., east of N.
Black Cat Rd.
Copies of the above appli-
cations are available for re-
view upon request. Any inter-
ested persons wishing to tes-
tify are welcome to do so at
the public hearing listed on
this notification. Oral testimo-
ny may be limited to 3 min-
utes per person. Written testi-
mony may be submitted prior
to the hearing date either by
mail or in person to Meridian
City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway
Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho
83642, by email to:

“Comment” to 31996. All tes-
timony and materials re-
ceived or presented become
property of the City of Meridi-
an and public records subject
to the provisions of the Idaho
Public Records Act. Applica-
tions are subject to change
throughout the public hearing
process and it is incumbent
on interested persons to
monitor such changes by fol-
lowing the process in person,
online, or by contacting City
staff.
