and the Laws of the State of
Idaho that the City Council of
the City of Meridian will hold
a public hearing at the Mer idi-
an City Hall, 33 East Broad-
way Avenue, Meridian, Idaho,
at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, January 14, 2020
for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the following
applications:
KM Engineering, LLP for
a Short Plat to condominiu-
mize an existing building into
two (2) spaces for ownership
purposes for Blingey Condo-
miniums (H-2019-0131), Lo-
cated at 37 W. Archerfield Dr.
Copies of the above appli-
cations are available for re-
view upon request. Any inter-
ested persons wishing to tes-
tify are welcome to do so at
the public hearing listed on
this notification. Oral testimo-
ny may be limited to 3 min-
utes per person. Written testi-
mony is recommended and
may be submitted prior to the
hearing date either by mail or
in person to Meridian City
Clerk, 33 E. Broadway, Suite
