The City Council strongly recommends:
1. That you. take time to _car~y review the Findings and Recommendations
of the Planning and Zoning Commission, and Be prepared to state your
position on this application by addressing the Findings and
Recommendations of th& Planning and Zoning Commission; and
2. That you c. arefull3[' complete. (be sure .it is legible) the Position

form for this apphcation is available at the City Clerk s office.
It is recommended that you prepare a Position Statement and deliver it to the
CRv Clerk prior to the hearing, if possible. 'If that is not possible, l~lease present your Position
St~tement~to the City CounCil at'the hearing, along with eight (/l) copies. The copies will be
presented to the Mayor, Coundl, Planning and Zoning Adrfiinistrator, Public Worts and the
City Attorney. If you are a part of a group, it is strongly_ recommended that one Position

1. Applicant is Jim Jewett and B&A Engineers, of Meridian, Idaho.
RECOMMENDATION
The Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission hereby recommends to the City Council
of the City of Meridian that they approve the requested amendment to the Meridian City Code as
requested by the Applicant and modified in accordance with Planning and Zoning and
Engineering Department requirements. See attached Exhibit "A".
