a public hearing at the Meridi-
an City Hall, 33 East Broad-
way Avenue, Meridian, Idaho,
at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, January 7, 2020 for
the purpose of reviewing and
considering the following ap-
plications:
Northwest Development
Company for a Modified
Development Agreement to
remove the subject 14.36-
acre property from the bound-
ary of the existing agreement
(Verona Commercial, Inst.
#108059800) for the purpose
of entering into a new agree-
ment consistent with the pro-
posed development plan for
Ten Mile and McMillan (H-
2019-0126), located off the
northeast corner of N. Ten
Mile Rd. and W. McMillan Rd.
Northwest Ventures, LLC
for City Council Review for
the purpose of extending the
expired plat to allow a 6-
month extension to obtain the
City Engineer's signature on
the final plat for Castlecreek
Subdivision (H-2019-0130),
located at 2432 E. Amity Rd.
The following application
has been withdrawn: Silver-
stone Apartments H-2019-
0099: For a Modified Devel-
opment Agreement for the
purpose of removing the sub-
ject property from DA Instru-
ment #2018-012457 and DA
Instrument # 2018-012456
and be placed in a new, sep-
arate agreement, located at
4107 E. Overland Rd.
Copies of the above appli-
cations are available for re-
view upon request. Any inter-
ested persons wishing to tes-

the public hearing listed on
