RE: Creason Creek Subdivision No 2 – Plat Modification
On behalf of CS2, LLC, we are submitting this Final Plat Modification Application for Creason Creek
Subdivision No 2. The site is 3.78 acres in size and located at the southeast corner of W. Ustick Road and
N. Linder Road, Meridian, Idaho.
We are requesting to modify the Final Plat to include a “Dog Park” common area previously located in
Creason Creek No. 1. This relocation will provide better access and use of the area. The proposed area
exceeds the square footage of the original area.
