Commencing at a Brass Cap monument marking the northwest corner of said Government Lot 4,
from which a Brass Cap monument marking the southwest corner of the NW %4 of said Section 1
bears S 0°01'03" E a distance of 2699.19 feet;
Thence S 0°01'03" E along the westerly boundary of said Government Lot 4 a distance of 683.13
feet to a point;
Thence leaving said westerly boundary S 88°59'35" E a distance of 159.63 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar
and the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing S 88°59'35" E a distance of 505.46 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar on the westerly
boundary of Creason Creek No. 1 Subdivision as shown in Book 112 of Plats on Pages 16486
thru 16488, records of Ada County, Idaho;
Thence along the said westerly boundary the following described courses;

Thence N 89006'35" W along the northerly boundary of said Sheri Lynn Subdivision a distance of
394.21 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar;
Thence leaving said northerly boundary N 0°36'19" E a distance of 126.29 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar
on the southerly right-of-way of the Creason Lateral;
Thence along said southerly right-of-way S 63°03'02" E a distance of 78.46 feet to a 5/8 inch
rebar;
Thence leaving said southerly right-of-way N 0°36'19" E a distance of 66.95 feet to a 5/8 inch
rebar on the northerly right-of-way of said Creason Lateral;
